Thinking about lowering the front end of the bike by 1 or 2 inches to help the bike from wheeling post brentune. to Stage 2 and wondered I have the rear lowered by 0.5inch. I wonder if lowering the front by that much would ruin the handling.

Well the Brentune stage 2 is an up sale IMO. You are paying to move the IAT sensor and ripping out air flappers out of the air box. When you can just get stage 1 and have the flappers always open through software.
