It’s from s01e19 of Angel. Buffy follows Faith to L.A. after the body switching that happened on Buffy. Angel takes Faith under his wing to rehabilitate her and kind of harshly lays down the law with Buffy saying that L.A. is his territory. They included it in the recap so you have a better understanding of Angel’s motives when he breezes into Sunnydale in this episode. Honestly the crossover stuff is pretty minimal and bland sauce most the time so I wouldn’t even worry about it. Generally it’s the events in Buffy that impact on Angel episodes, not the other way around. And the reactions in the Angel episodes don’t really require the knowledge from Buffy i wouldn’t say. In short, I wouldn’t worry about specific watch order etc but if you don’t (Edit- Yes, it has. Check replies) Okay, I’m confused. I’m on my first watch though and I’m at season 3 episode 18 ‚Earshot‘ but I seem to have completely missed major plot events for the episode, such as a fight between Buffy and Faith, and Angel getting poisoned?
