Can Someone Please Share His Steam Warframe Appmanifest File?

Steam wont recognize my archives because i had to reinstall it and i dont want to download the whole game again with my crappy internet. The file is located in C:\\Program trying to download the Files If the files are in the game directory steam should automatically detect the files already there before downloading. Is it not doing that when you select install?

Something’s really been bothering me. I recently went into Steam Apps and inside the document I saw the app manifest file and I decided to look up what it’s for. It eventually So copy everything in Steam>steamapps>common>Warframe as well as appmanifest_230410.acf which is under Steam>steamapps.
