Does Tmodloader Have A Server Config File?

Deleted the config.json file that it said was corrupted. Loaded tmodloader up and selected a character and tried to load a world and it failed and said world not found. It somewhat depends on the feature being changed in the config, but in general having mismatched configs between client and server does cause problems. The client will use its local config to guess what’s happening on the server, but the server has final say.
But, unless Terraria is running and the mods are loaded, you cannot change their configuration anyway, sooooo, we’re stuck. Would anyone have an idea to fix this conundrum? I’m coming with tAPI/tConfig experience, what do I need to know? Honestly, probably not much. tModLoader can be quite different in a lot of ways.
